the demanding debate

The demanding debate. People having cell-phones in class.
 Affirmative or against.
I was against people having sell phones in class( and i'm mighty proud and lucky).
My turn next , my hands are sweating holding on to my book with my main ideas in the pages. I'm fired up with ideas acting like a whirlpool in my head, all the good ones swarm to the middle and the bad ones rub against the outskirts of the forest  trying to break free.
I stand up ready to protest and the ideas spew from my mouth like a water fall.
before I know it I am told to discontinue my list of ideas.

Clouds

Clouds are boats, floating in the sky.
Clouds are people, being bullied by the wind.
Clouds are shapes, randomly scattered in the sky.
Clouds are vital, carrying a source of water.

Joy

have you ever?...

have you ever?...
been up on the strong back of horse, hooves clicking beating the ground, leaving deep marks behind. the saddle wobbling the girth clipped up. the rofe bridle tucked in your hands , the horses lip wobling to the beat.
have you?
have you?
have you?

The Queen Of Persnickety!!!!!!

One morning the Queen of Persnickety woke up to a total and utter mess. She yelled at the butlers and the maids and even the soldiers!.She told them to clean up and bickerd and bickerd until everyone was running around cleaning the castle. The castle had to be cleaned this instant. When it was clean she still bickerd saying that the rooms had to be cleaned and the kitchen had to be scrubbed.Even the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge,Kate and Wills, had to help!.When everything was clean she smiled and hugged Wills. When she pulled back she still continued to bicker saying things needed to be dusted. At this point  everyone was tired and they all just groaned and walked off.The Queen was just standing there talking to herself. No wonder she was picked as Queen of Persnickety!.This is a sign of Persnickity-ness, don't be Persnickety!. By Rumaysa

                   The Princess Persnickity Problem...

Princess Persnickity was well... persnickity. Especially when it came to her birthday. She needed boogie lights, a dance floor, but she needed EVERYTHING to be pink! The last birthday it was blue so she jumped out of the castle tower. From the injury she had a yellow cast. EEKKK! So everyone was determined to make the princess's birthday to be puuuurrrfect. So the royal messenger took a letter to every house to spray paint everything they owned pink! So they did. When it came to her birthday everyone had a shock...

She wanted everything to be POLKA DOTTED!

This is my Matariki artwork

Logan's matariki artwork

This is my artwork and I am very proud of it and I would like to share it with you.
First we drew a design on it with pencil and then we drew over it with vivid. (I choose black vivid.) After that we either coloured it in with pastel or felt pens. (I choose pastel.) After we coloured in as much as we wanted we dyed the white bits. (I choose orange dye.) Last of all we glued on some white paper and wrote our matariki goals on it, and my goal was to finish a full game of soccer without puffing, and then we were finished.

My Matariki goal

Emalee's Matiriki Art Work

My art work shows the night of Matiriki.
The curves of the night sky are shown over the page in delicate colours.
These beautiful stars are very hard to spot and you are lucky to ever see them.
They appear in the night sky on the week of Matiriki.
They are beautiful to see.

My good deed Conor(true story)

My good deed

One day when I was coming home on my scooter I found a wallet. I gave it to my grandad to see if he knew who's it was. The wallet had $172 in it. It belonged to an elderly man who had retired. When I went to my mums house grandad went to look for the guy who had lost his wallet. This morning(5.6.13)my mum rang me to tell me that grandad had found the guy who lost his wallet and he told him that I went to give it to my grandad to see if he knew who's it was and stuff. The guy who's missing it made me a card saying thanks. And that is my good deed.
