Anthocyanin

In our reading groups we have been researching about chlorophyll. caretenoids and anthocyanins. Here is some of the research I have done about anthocyanin. Anthocyanin is a chemical that is often found in flowers or foods and occasionally trees. It's found in blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, eggplant peel, black rice, red cabbage, violet petals and ripe olives. Do you have any comments or questions?

  1. Well done for going the 'extra mile' Maia. There is something really special about this pigment - anthocyanin for us humans. I wonder if we will be able to find the answer to this in our group. All these things that you have listed have something in common.
